WST offered us an exceptional and professional service that more than fulfilled our expectations. Before leaving Lanzarote, we asked all of our 31 students to evaluate the trip. Their comments confirmed that this trip was a success. We asked them – ‘Was is what you excpected’ – and the typical answer was – ‘No, it was better!’. We had no negative comments about the overall package. We are confident that the students will comment positively to other students on their return. The advertised objective of this trip was… “To explore the natural wonder, marine ecosystem, geology, volcanology, ecology and human existence through tourism and agriculture on a Canary Island shaped by tectonic forces.” We met our goals.

I have worked with Elleanor for two years on two London residential visits and Elleanor is always able to help and sort any issues that arise or able to seek out new requests/activities that may be suggested. Elleanor is very friendly and I would like to thank Elleanor for arranging the activities of the visit and ensuring another successful trip occurred for our pupils.
Carr Manor Community School, April 2018, London

I am greatly impressed with the support and guidance offered by WST. It made my first international school trip a real success.
Plantsbrook School, February 2018, Iceland

The students had the time of their lives and it really is a trip that they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. The Secret Lagoon was the best part of the trio for students and staff alike. Going in February, despite it being a tad chilly, really helped get to grips with the land of Fire and Ice.
Thomas Cowly High School, February, Iceland

Leanne was always available to support during the whole process and it was good knowing that she was at the end of the phone. Leanne guided me through the whole process and built the itinerary around my requirements. She was also very patient whilst waiting for some documentation to come through! It has been such a positive experience from start to finish and the trip went well beyond all our expectations. Thank you WST (especially Leanne Coy) for making 29 people extremely happy and giving them an experience of a lifetime!

Musselburgh Grammar School, October 2016, Iceland

Kerrie was outstanding! Whenever we required any information the team would be on hand to support our needs. When Kerrie was unavailable there would always be someone on hand to provide us with support and offer advice which was very reassuring.
Newtown High School, October 2016, Bay of Naples

Kerrie was really helpful at sorting out issues in a very timely way. That was incredibly helpful given that we were organising the trip quite late in the day.
Sir Roger Manwood’s School, October 2016, Bay of Naples

The team at WST were incredibly accommodating, especially as I have not run an international residential before. They were helpful and their information and recommendations were excellent. Thank you for a brilliant trip!!!

Stonelaw High School, Iceland (March 2016)

The tour guide we had made the trip. His name was Harti and he was exceptional. His wealth of knowledge was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he explained everything clearly to the higher geography students. He altered the plan on the final day to cut down time they were in the coach and to show them different things like standing where they had one foot on the American Plate and one on the Eurasian!! Harte made the trip fun! Outstanding.
Stonelaw High School, Iceland (March 2016)

Have to say trip was excellent. Students & staff loved it. Hotel was perfect for school group with meeting room, pool & food. Local guide was everything you would wish. Thanks for all your support in helping to organise this amazing trip. Definitely keen to either return next year or possibly consider one of your other Geography trips.
