I felt that whomever I spoke with (when Helen was unavailable) was able to deal with my question, make a note and a response was always forthcoming within a short period of time - excellent. As a tour leader it is great to have a contact who deals with you all the way through the process and knows how the demands of your tour may be changing - that sense of back-up is very reassuring.
