We hold all the trade body licenses including ATOL, ABTA, STF and LOtC so that you can be confident that your trip is financially protected and safe in our hands. But it doesn't just end there. We're constantly looking for opportunities to improve in order to ensure you are getting the best possible service. Here are some of our industry awards and recognition. 

We are honored to have been awarded Best School Tour Operator for the fourth consecutive year in a row! Our customers completely trust WST to "do the right thing" in times of uncertainty and that's why they return to us year after year.

We are delighted to be the proud holders of the Best School Tour Operator award for the third year running. This award is voted for by teachers, so is extra special to us that our customers must believe we are getting it right.

We are extremely proud to be current holders of Best School Tour Operator for the second year in a row. The School Travel Awards is the largest industry event for school travel rewarding those who go the extra mile.

In 2016 we were extremely delighted to first win Best School School Tour Operator at the School Travel awards. The School Travel Awards recognise organisations that go the extra mile for primary and secondary schools.

We are proud to have been awarded bronze for Best Customer Service at the 2017 British Youth Travel Awards. Each year the categories get tougher so we were delighted to have been recognised for the third year in a row.

In 2016 we were awarded the silver award for Best Customer Service at the British Youth Travel Awards. To place so high felt like an incredible achievement in what was a tough year for the travel industry.

In 2015 we first entered the Best Customer Service category at the British Youth Travel Awards and won. We are extremely delighted and always strive to uphold our high levels of customer service.

We are currently the only school tour operator to hold the Customer Service Excellence accreditation. To gain recognition we must continuously demonstrate that ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

WST are an Investors in People organisation meaning we demonstrate a commitment to the development and success of our people.

As a full member of the School Travel Forum WST & FHT adhere to a rigorous code of practice and safety management standards that meet the requirements of DFE guidelines and are externally verified each year.

As a member of ABTA when you travel with WST you are protected. ABTA’s code of conduct ensures that customers benefit from high standards of service, fair terms of trading, accurate information and simple complaint handling.

As a member of ATOL, when you travel with WST you are protected. If an ATOL protected travel company ceases trading, the scheme protects customers who have booked holidays with the firm. It ensures that you don’t get stranded abroad or lose your money.

The award of the LOtC Quality Badge indicates that the provider understands schools’ needs and can tailor their offer to fit in with both current curriculum requirements and any specific requirements of the school.
