Sian Belfield - Customer Relations Director
Sian has worked in the travel industry for 23 years, spending 20 of those in educational travel. She has been part of successful sales and operations teams organising a number of trips that promote learning outside of the classroom – including music performance tours in New York and French Immersion courses in Paris.
Her experience in the industry has strengthened her belief that teachers need reliable and knowledgeable support that they can trust when planning educational tours – from an operator with an impeccable safety record. The driving force behind everything Sian does is her desire to provide customers with an exceptional service, which is why she is keen to ensure her team are passionate about educational travel and care about every detail of the tour.
As a Director at WST, Sian is committed to building personal relationships with our customers, staff and suppliers whilst delivering tours to the very highest of safety and service standards.
