To make the space-age experience even more immersive, students can stay on-site in one of 24 rooms at the European Space Center. Each room sleeps up to 10 people, offering a total of 205 beds. There is also a shower, two sinks and a toilet for every dormitory.
The Euro Space Center restaurant has two dining areas, and can seat 200 students. Self-service meals will be available four times a day, and picnics can also be ordered for off-site excursions. All allergies, food intolerances, and other special dietary requirements can be catered for upon request (some may incur supplementary costs).
Theme your visit - Astronomy
As well as the ‘standard’ astronaut training, you have the option to include additional astronomy sessions in your visit.
These special classes allow your students to discover our solar system, explore distant galaxies, and even unlock the mysteries of the black hole. A complete programme is also available on request.
Theme your visit – Rocket
If your class includes budding engineers, why not add optional ‘Rocket’ sessions to your programme at the center?
During this interactive learning experience, students will discover the basics of space engineering. And after a lesson on propulsion systems and stability in flight, they’ll be able to build and launch their own rockets. A sure fire way to make sure they have a blast!
