About this trip

Port Aventura, situated on the Costa Dorada, lies just 90 minutes from Barcelona and is a fantastic destination to offer students a cultural and rewarding trip. Port Aventura Theme Park lets your school students let off some steam with the wide range of rides and attractions. By also spending a day in Barcelona, school groups can enjoy the city's culture and main tourist attractions making this a truly rewarding school trip. From only £5 per person per day

When you visit Barcelona you can add on a tour manager as added support throughout your tour. Your tour manager will:

  • Be with your group all day
  • Liaise at all the attractions where you have reservations
  • Navigate you and your group around the city on foot and public transport
  • Assist in purchasing tickets for any additional visits
  • Be there to provide extra support in the case of an emergency
  • Assist with any translation needed

  • Las Ramblas Treasure Hunt
    A great way for your students to some free time whilst exploring the Las Ramblas area. Our exclusive, free 90 minute Treasure Hunt along Las Ramblas encourages groups to interact with the street, take photos and have fun together,
  • Montjuic
    Montjuic gives students the opportunity to see magnificent views of the city. The site was regenerated for the 1992 Olympics and is now home to a number of tourist attractions – including the Olympic Stadium. The area also has museums and parks for students to explore.
  • Gothic Quarter
    This old town is the historic quarter of the city. Here you can wander around the small streets and explore the shops or admire the architecture from one of the many restaurants.
  • Ferrari Land
    Full of adrenaline, excitement and fun. This is a unique theme park where you can enjoy discover all the secrets behind the legendary Italian brand. The Ferrari Experience includes a simulated ride, cinema experiences that will make you feel like you are inside a Ferrari, free fall tower and bounce back tower thrill rides.
  • PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park
    This water park has a wide range of slides, pools, restaurants and shops. Highlights include King Kajhuna a 31 metre free fall slide (the highest water slide in Europe) and Ciclon Tropical, a multi bump slide of over 100 metres.
  • Port Vell
    Located on the harbour this is a recently developed area of Barcelona, with a great range of shops, museums and tapas restaurants. You’ll also find the IMAX Cinema and the Aquarium here.
  • Coastal options
    You will find a more relaxed atmosphere along the coast with great opportunities to dip into the history and heritage of the region including Girona, Figueres, Tossa, Montserrat or Tarragona.
