It has been brought to our attention that WST School Travel and our ATOL number 9233 are potentially being used for internet fraud. Please note that we are WST Travel Ltd and our correct website address is www.wsttravel.com. We are specifically a school travel company based in the UK, organising group travel for UK based schools. We are not an international flight broker.
Please do not use the fraudulent website www.wstschooltravel.co.uk (which is not connected in any way to WST Travel Ltd) to request/book international flights. They are not a bona fide organisation and do not have any ATOL protection.
If you believe you have been fraudulently sold flights the advice from ATOL is to contact your card issuer, the police cyber crime facility in your country and report it by email to the ATOL compliance team ATOLCompliance@caa.co.uk. Other useful websites to report any such incidents to are https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ and https://www.profit.uk.com/
We have reported this incident to ATOL. Thank you.
