Wow, 4th year in a row to win the Best School Tour Operator award ! It is an absolute honour to be recognised for our high customer service standards year after year, despite a rather challenging year for the people of the UK. Our customers completely trust in WST to “do the right thing” in times of uncertainty and that’s why they return to us year after year. Thank you to all the teachers & staff teams out there who continue to work with us and thank you to all of the WST & Next Generation support teams for your steadfast passion, dynamism & professionalism.

WST stepped in at a short notice when we encountered issues with another supplier, nothing was too much trouble and they listened to our requirements to build a package as opposed to trying to shoe-horn us into an existing format. The service we received was a world apart from that we had previously experienced and the trip went without a hitch, which was great.
