Our team go from strength to strength with more than 30 members of staff boasting nearly 400 years combined experience. The key to our success is having a dedicated and experienced team who are committed to delivering high quality educational travel experiences that are teamed with outstanding personal customer service. We’re extremely proud to have won Best School Tour Operator two years in a row! Thank you to everyone who voted us Best School Tour Operator 2017/18! To win twice in a row just proves that we are getting it right.

Best Customer Service at British Youth Travel Awards 

WST are the proud holders of Best Customer Service Award 2015 at the British Youth Travel Awards in December. Co-ordinated by the British Educational Travel Association (BETA), this is our industry's opportunity to gain recognition for its successes in youth, student and educational travel within the UK. In 2016 we followed this up with a Silver finalist award for Best Customer Service.

I am so impressed with WST! Our school trip to the Bay of Naples had flights booked with Monarch. I was contacted yesterday morning by Kerrie with new flight options. We picked the flights to suit us and WST booked them immediately at no cost to our students!  All within 24 hours of the Monarch news – amazing!
